(ECNS) -- Chinese Olympic champions Chen Yuxi and Quan Hongchan claimed the gold and silver medals respectively in the women's individual 10m platform final at Diving World Cup 2025 in Windsor, Canada on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Chen made a near-flawless performance on the same dive, surging ahead with 92.40 points to claim the top position.
Both divers scored 86.40 points in their final dive (5253B), solidifying Chen's lead with a total of 417.55 points, while Quan secured second place with 407.55 points. Britain's Olympic medallist Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix claimed bronze with 348.20 points.

Following the competition, the young diver spoke positively of her performance, but she said she needs to adapt to changes in her body weight. "Once I adjust to these physical changes, my performance will enter a more stable phase."
